Patricia Costigan

I have over 35 years' experience working in the fields of law and politics, the judiciary, as well as roles with Local, State and Federal governments.

My extensive legal experience brings with it knowledge of legal and corporate governance issues and practices, legislative and regulatory compliance as well as the ability to read, interpret and apply legislation to business operations.

I have various qualifications in small business management, horticulture and hospitality and was previously approved by AUSCRIPT as an transcriber of digital material.

I have operated two previous businesses - one advising on efficient office administrative systems, procedures and general workflow management and another in the real estate industry.  As a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Queensland since 2012, I have strong knowledge of the property industry, contract administration and the processes involved when buying, selling or leasing property.

I frequently work with not-for-profit organisations on a range of operational and process issues as well as grant applications.
